Freuds leads the shortlist with seven entries, including three for the agency's Health & Behaviour Change unit's work on the 'Every mind matters' campaign for Public Health England.
Edelman and Brands2Life have three nominations each, and there are two each for FleishmanHillard Fishburn, Porter Novelli, ZPB Associates and Macmillan Cancer Support.
