Stagwell Group public affairs agency Targeted Victory has hired Kevin Benacci as a VP in the firm's cybersecurity practice. Benacci most recently served as the chief external affairs officer at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
