Claire Haddrill has been appointed strategy director and will work across Cirkle clients including GSK, Mars Petcare, PepsiCo, Premier Foods and Upfield to ensure audience insight and data are at the centre of all its omnichannel communications campaigns.
She will be responsible for “leading strategic excellence” and supporting the agency’s consumer, corporate and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Haddrill joins from Edelman, where she was a director and spent a decade in senior roles in London and the UAE. She has worked with clients including GSK, PepsiCo, Hilton, Facebook and McDonald's.
Rebecca Holmes, previously social media director at Splendid Communications, joins Cirkle as digital director.
Holmes previously ran social campaigns for Greggs, the AA and Merlin Entertainment, and will be tasked with strengthening the agency’s digital capabilities.

Recently, the agency has been awarded Great Place to Work accreditation from the Great Place to Work Institute, and achieved Ally status from The Blueprint in recognition of its steps to improve diversity and inclusion.
