Hope for the best, prepare for the worst

The past can come back to haunt companies, but few are prepared, according to a study from History Factory.

Source: Survey conducted by Greentarget on behalf of History Factory in August 2020. Respondents included 50 C-suite officers, including CEOs, chief human resources officers, CMOs and COOs in the U.S. and Canada, as well as 35 U.S.-based investors and a nationally representative sample of 50 adults.
