W2O has launched a diversity, equity and inclusion practice. The firm brought on Marcia Windross to lead the practice as head of DE&I. PRWeek has all the details on the other staffers W2O selected to join the practice.

MWWPR has acquired Everywhere Agency, an Atlanta-based influencer marketing firm. Explaining the reasoning behind the deal, MWW founder and CEO of Michael Kempner said his firm is dedicated to the influencer space and is working “aggressively” to expand its offering.

Airbnb IPO update. The company raised $3.5 billion in its IPO at a fully diluted valuation of around $47.3 billion, and will begin trading Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange under ticker symbol ABNB. Airbnb sold shares in its IPO at $68, pricing above its range.  

Biden to hold first campaign event since he secured the presidency. President-elect Joe Biden will campaign in Georgia next week with Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock. He wants to boost the Democratic candidates in runoff elections that could decide the balance of power in the Senate, along with the fate of his Cabinet and governing agenda.
