Cision launches new Analytics Dashboard, Interactive Reports

The additions make it easier to show the business impact of earned media, the company says.

Cision has launched the Analytics Dashboard and Interactive Reports, the latest addition to its Next Generation Communications Cloud.

Available in the U.S., U.K. and Canada, the upgrades provide communicators with an easy and adaptable way to present data and tie business outcomes to earned media in one dashboard.

With the economic uncertainty surrounding a contentious election and a devastating pandemic, communicators are under pressure to prove ROI, according to Cision CEO Abel Clark.

"Working closely with our customers, Cision is solving one of the biggest problems PR professionals face with a faster and simpler way to gather business impact data and demonstrate the value they deliver to their organizations,” Clark said in a statement.

The platform can be used to track share of voice, social engagement, search engine optimization impact, brand sentiment and referrals from earned media to company websites.

Analytics Dashboards and Interactive Reports include fully customizable widgets for compelling visuals and mobile and tablet friendly layouts.

Communicators can also build interactive reports in their dashboards to share with business executives and teams.
