CHICAGO: Golin has named Tiffiny Bolden as global head of human resources and a member of the Interpublic Group agency’s global leadership team.

She started in the role on Monday, reporting to president and COO Gary Rudnick.

Bolden is managing 30-plus human resources and recruitment employees in the Golin Group’s 50-plus offices and leading HR for Golin, Virgo Health, the Brooklyn Brothers and DeVries Global, the firm said in a statement.

Golin’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts are included in Bolden’s remit, Rudnick said, via email.

Bolden will also work with executives across the Interpublic and IPG DXTRA networks on coordinated business practices, core competencies and education opportunities for all staff and will collaborate with the DE&I lead for IPG DXTRA, Margenett Moore-Roberts.

IPG overhauled its Constituency Management Group operating unit last month and relaunched it as IPG DXTRA. The organization is based around Golin and four other core brands: Weber Shandwick, Octagon, Jack Morton and FutureBrand.

Bolden replaces Carrie Galli, who left the firm in July to take the position of head of organizational growth and planning at W2O Group.

Prior to Golin, Bolden worked for Information Resources, where she ran the HR management and inclusion strategy and infrastructure for global employee teams of over 2,500 staffers, Golin said in a statement. An Information Resources representative declined to comment.

Prior to the launch of DXTRA, IPG reported that the PR firms within the Constituency Management Group, including Golin, posted a mid-single-digit revenue decline in Q3 on both an as-reported and organic basis amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Golin’s revenue grew 3% in 2019 to $223.5 million, according to PRWeek’s Agency Business Report.
