Specsavers has appointed Tangerine Communications to lead its UK social media strategy, following a competitive pitch. The agency will be responsible for delivering its editorial social media strategy, digital content creation, social comms distribution and online community management. Tangerine previously worked with Specsavers on projects including the brand's sponsorship of England men's home Test cricket matches, which included the famous tweet during the 2019 Ashes series offering spin bowler Jack Leach 'free glasses for life'.

UK online pension provider PensionBee has appointed 3 Monkeys Zeno as its consumer PR agency of record. The agency has been brought in to help elevate the brand into more mainstream media by helping make pensions more accessible and relatable to consumers.

The Big Give, a match-funding charity, has appointed Rooster to boost awareness of its annual Christmas Challenge campaign at a time when the charity sector's income has been hit hard by the coronavirus crisis and donations are most needed.

Global health and wellness company The Nature’s Bounty Co. has appointed communications consultancy The Fourth Angel to lead on a multi-pronged communications strategy in the UK for two of its brands, Solgar and Nature’s Bounty.

Non-league club Wythenshawe Town FC has appointed PR agency Roland Dransfield to deliver a communications and engagement strategy to support the club’s growth plans. The campaign aims to drive membership and engage the local community, support further development and investment for the club, and help it achieve promotion from the North West Counties League Division One South to the English Football League.

Technology company HMD Global – the maker of Nokia phones – has appointed Sweetshop Media to oversee Nokia Mobile UK’s digital marketing and brand creative strategy.

Forster Communications has been appointed to enhance the profile of the community investment and engagement platform Neighbourly, which gets support to communities across the UK by connecting good causes to major businesses such as M&S, Lidl, Aldi, Samsung and Danone.

Mobile network To The Moon Mobile has appointed Red Lion as its retained UK agency following a competitive pitch. Red Lion has been briefed to build brand awareness among Gen Z and young millennial audiences, drive media engagement around its products and implement an influencer marketing campaign.

Mush, a social media app to connect mothers, has appointed Boldspace to drive strategy following a credentials pitch. Boldspace has been tasked with defining a new positioning and benefit-led strategy to make Mush stand out and grow in a competitive market. The work will be led by Boldspace co-founder and director Nick Ford-Young.

Sainsbury’s Energy has appointed creative brand comms agency Launch to deliver a campaign promoting the energy supplier’s reward tariffs.

Pre-owned watch specialist Watchfinder & Co. has appointed Finn Partners as its communications agency in Germany and the US.
