Daranyi and Goldsmith - formerly directors - take over the day-to-day running of the agency, reporting to CEO Stephen Morris.
Morris said he created the roles to help with the growth of the agency, which was bought by French marketing services group High Co over a year ago (PRWeek, 9 November 2001).
'Because of the growth of Haygarth and being part of a larger group now, we needed to strengthen the management structure,' Morris said.
Daranyi and Goldsmith will continue to head up Haygarth's PR and direct marketing divisions respectively.
Morris said the agency will be concentrating on developing its pan-European business, linking with other offices in the High Co group.
