The deal creates a 50-strong Property division, operating under the Four Communications brand, with annual revenue of £6.5m.
The business is headed by Four's group managing director, Andrew Jack. It offers marketing and comms services including public affairs, advertising, media planning and buying, sales and marketing, digital, social media analytics and engagement.
Two Blue, one of the first property PR specialists in the UK, was founded by managing director Peter Morley, who will become chief executive of Four’s Property division and joins the Property board.
The agency has clients including leading Central European real estate developer JTRE and pioneering UK build-to-rent specialist Fizzy Living.
Four’s property client portfolio already included Berkeley Homes, CallisonRTKL, Sotheby’s International Realty, NewFlex and Signature Senior Lifestyle.
“This strategic merger will bolster our already impressive client base, bringing heavyweight industry experience while also allowing Two Blue’s clients to benefit from our wider, fully integrated service offering at Four,” Jack said.
Morley added: “Over the years it's become clear that property companies now want to be able to find all their marketing services under one roof, and I’m delighted to have joined an agency that can do exactly that.
“Four has had the vision to invest in all the key areas and can offer an integrated approach which will, I believe, bring a new dimension to the work we can provide for clients.”
