Frank has hired Bianca Lee-Chang as its deputy managing director.
Lee-Chang joins the agency's senior management team from Karmarama, where she was head of PR. She previously worked for Frank as a director between 2012 and 2015.
She has also worked at Lexis as head of consumer, and held in-house roles with LG and Change Incorporated (Vice Media Group's purpose offer) as head of comms and marketing.
At Frank, Lee-Chang will work alongside managing partner Alex Grier, director Melissa Robinson, and founder and chair Graham Goodkind. Frank’s senior leadership team also includes social, content and influencer lead Jennie Thompson, and head of corporate comms Ryan Sketchley.
"Bianca's wealth of knowledge, skill and experience builds on our existing offer and will add huge value to our clients, the team and the agency,” Grier said. “She knows our culture, ethos and approach inside-out. It's brilliant to have her back."
Lee-Chang said she jumped at the opportunity to rejoin the agency.
“I've watched from afar as Frank delivered award-winning purpose and sustainability campaigns for the likes of Burger King, Coty and Lewis Pugh, UN Patron of the Oceans,” she said. “Straight-talking creative comms consultancy has always been at the core of the Frank offer and I'm excited to be back and adding my experience to an award-winning proposition."
Frank’s client roster includes Atom Bank, Burger King, Green Flag, Huawei, Skoda, Simply Business and Weetabix. It has recently won G2 Esports, Jura Whisky, Jammie Dodgers, and the Hertfordshire Health Protection Board.
