Redhill scores real estate account

As land scarcity is an issue in Hong Kong and Singapore, Redhill will help its client with communicating about intelligent space optimisation.

Redhill has been picked as PR agency of record for LHN Group, a real estate management services group. The agency will provide support to the group's business which includes its space optimisation business segment that focuses on transforming unused, old, and underutilised spaces of commercial, residential, and industrial properties. This is done to maximise the leasable area and rental yield of the properties as the brand expands its business portfolio offerings in Singapore, Hong Kong and ASEAN.

"Despite the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have seen a growing interest in our space optimisation business as co-living and self-storage trends continue to gain momentum," said Kelvin Lim, executive director and executive chairman of LHN Group. "We were looking for an agency that could help us drive increased awareness of our diversified portfolio and grow our corporate reputation in Asia."

Natalie Chua, deputy managing director at Redhill, said: "In markets like Singapore and Hong Kong where land scarcity is an issue, intelligent space optimisation to cater to the evolving needs of individuals and businesses is an increasingly important solution."

LHN Group is listed under the Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited and the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
