BOTHELL, WA: Essentia Water has promoted Zola Kane to CMO and Kazumi Mechling to SVP of corporate communications and strategic alliances.

The appointments are a part of new CEO Scott Miller's focus on developing internal talent and fostering a people-first culture, the company said in a statement. Kane and Mechling are the first women of color on the brand's senior leadership team.
