This season kicks off behind closed doors, with fans unable to attend games due to Government-imposed restrictions intended to control the spread of COVID-19.

Coca-Cola, Official Soft Drink Partner of the Premier League, organised for football stars to come to the homes of fans who have helped their families and communities during lockdown.

The 'Home End Delivery' campaign, which M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment helped bring to life, aims to connect loyal fans with Premier League stars during socially distanced times.

Liverpool star Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain paid a visit to lifelong Liverpool fanatic John Gyeni (second video below), while Tottenham striker Harry Kane visited Lynn Stone (aka ‘Tottenham Lynn’).

Marcus Rashford, who has been busy helping needy children during the pandemic, visited Matthew Burrage, a StreetGames volunteer who has been working for Sport at the Heart by providing food parcel deliveries to vulnerable families.

They were given a Coca-Cola ‘Watch From Home’ gift box containing everything they need to watch the upcoming 2020/21 Premier League season from home, including their club’s brand new Premier League shirt and Coca-Cola zero-sugar products.

“To meet John was such a special moment. He’s been working so hard throughout lockdown while also supporting his family, so it was nice to drop by with a little surprise. I can’t wait till we can have him at a game at Anfield in the near future, along with all the fans when they’re back,” Oxlade-Chamberlain said.
