Madsen joined Greenbrook as a director in 2017 and has experience advising investment firms on the management, protection and promotion of their reputation.

He specialises in high-profile and complex transactions, and recently led on advising the biggest group of creditors in Argentina’s sovereign debt restructuring.

Greenbrook has also promoted Catriona Crellin and Teresa Berezowski to consultant.

Joining the firm as a director is Mikaela Murekian, who was a director of communications and ESG at European private equity advisory group IK Investment Partners.

She brings more than a decade of communications experience in the financial services sector and has previously worked at a financial comms agency in Sweden.

Greenbrook has appointed two other associate-level executives to the team: Rhianna Miller (who joins from Sapience Communications) and Theodore Bryan (Fisher Investments UK).

“We are very pleased to announce a number of key promotions and new appointments to the firm,” Greenbrook managing partner Andrew Honnor said.

“The last few months have shown that it has never been more important for firms and individuals to protect, defend and explain what they’re doing, and we are privileged to help clients globally navigate through these very challenging times.”
