Zignal Labs picks Lexalytics for AI-based NLP for Impact Intelligence platform

AMHERST, MA: Machine learning and AI company Lexalytics has been picked by Zignal Labs to expand its natural language processing and text analytics capabilities for marketers, communicators and analysts. 

The partnership will help professional communicators gain a greater understanding of perceptions across traditional and social media, according to Lexalytics. 

Zignal has incorporated Lexalytics’ Salience engine to analyze media content across industries such as financial services, technology, healthcare, consumer products, sports and entertainment.
