In her 15 years as a PR pro, Hollie Pantano has held the reins on dozens of launches, brand revitalizations, large-scale events and CSR initiatives — and, along the ride, earned recognition as a trusted team leader.
After rising through the ranks in brand management roles at FleishmanHillard, Edelman and Ogilvy PR, Pantano joined Golin’s New York office in 2016, where, as executive director, she co-leads the agency’s consumer practice and has subsequently been a key driver of its growth from $5 million to $12 million.
At Golin, she works with a range of the agency’s blue-chip portfolio of brands, including L’Oréal Paris, Nutella, Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Butterfinger and JetBlue. She led Ferrero into becoming one of Golin’s fastest-growing global accounts, expanding it to a $3.5 million remit across PR, social and corporate.
Pantano has a sustained engagement in purpose-driven work, which includes projects for Golin clients Magnum, Stoli and IT Cosmetic.
Her passion for women’s empowerment permeates beyond her professional portfolio: Pantano shepherded the L’Oréal Paris Women of Worth program for eight years and helped build female-led nonprofits such as Transfernation, Kids of the Block and Simon’s Fund.
“Hollie leads by deeds, not words,” says Max Wild, executive creative director, Golin New York. “She thinks about the people first because she knows it’s all about the people.”
