Hill+Knowlton Strategies names SVP of Greater China

The new role will include business expansion in the Greater Bay Area.

H+K veteran Emily Yin (pictured above) has been promoted to senior vice president of Greater China and head of business development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Lin will lead the Guangzhou and Shenzhen offices and closely collaborate with the Hong Kong office to drive the agency's business expansion in the Greater Bay Area.

Lin is the founder and head of H+K's Synergy platform for the "transformation and brand building of Chinese enterprises" where she leads a 40-strong team to provide consulting services. These services include brand strategy, brand management, integrated communications, and evaluation for numerous companies in the sectors of real estate, energy, manufacturing and technology. Lin is highly experienced in real estate as well as crisis management.

In 2007, H+K established the Guangzhou Office which now serves Agile Property, Midea Real Estate, Huafa Group, Yuexiu Property, Helenbergh (China), Huijing Holdings among other real estate groups. At the end of 2017, H+K established its Shenzhen office with the mission to help Chinese brands and companies build international influence. The Shenzhen office, meanwhile, has clients in the tech, fintech, and healthcare sectors.
