The independent agency celebrated its best year yet in 2019, as revenue surged 12 per cent to £15.1m as it clocked up £3.2m in new business wins.

Film was among its fastest growing areas. It produced more branded films than ever before (200+ videos) and added a video production manager and an in-house shooter/editor. Thirty per cent of its clients used Brands2Life for film.

Filmatic highlights from 2019 included two series-based executions to help launch the first ever brand awareness campaign for LinkedIn Sales Navigator. 'Real Face of Sales' and 'Get Closer' clocked up more than nine million video views, 88 million stills asset views and campaign imagery assets being downloaded and reused over 400,000 times.

A film starring Michael Owen entitled ‘The Horse Comes First’ aimed to position the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) at the forefront of the horse welfare debate. It showed the horse racehorse owner and ex-footballer's experiences of top-level sport to demonstrate that horses, like human athletes, receive amazing care.

Meanwhile, Brands2Life's consumer campaign for Expedia saw a partnership with etiquette expert and Youtuber William Hanson and comedy director Ben Fogg to create the 'dos and don’ts' of hotel and airport travel. It received more than 15,000 organic views on Hanson's YouTube channel, while national titles such as MailOnline, Express and Mirror also featured the main film.
