Doggett, who joined late last month, revealed this week that the agency is to be re-named Borkowski & Friends, an umbrella name for an agency that will be restructured into six divisions: PR, digital, events, advertising, broadcast production/ design and radio.
Doggett, who filled a newly created role and reports to agency founder Mark Borkowski, said hiring was on the cards for both the advertising and events teams.
She said up to eight staff could be hired for advertising work, in addition to two events staff.
Doggett - who was group account director at Saatchi & Saatchi until 1999 - joined from the Digital Marketing Partnership, a company she set up in 2001, and which she continues to manage part-time.
Borkowski business development director Larry Franks said: 'We have always organised work such as events and design in a bit of an ad hoc way.
'We are formalising this under the Borkowski & Friends umbrella to better promote our expanding creative offer,' he added.
