PRWeek Top 150: Brexit and political uncertainty drive growth in public affairs agency rankings

There have been some big changes in the public affairs agency rankings since last year’s table was published: Cicero, now owned by Havas PR, retains the top spot but Portland returns to the rankings for the first time since 2018 to take second place.
