INTERNATIONAL BRIEFS: Vivendi Univeral names head of investor relations

PARIS: Vivendi Univeral has named Daniel Scolan as its new head of investor relations. Scolan was previously president of the Vivendi Universal Internet subsidiary @viso - a position he will continue to hold. Vivendi Universal is in the process of selling off many of its subsidiaries in an effort to reassure the firm's investors.
