INTERNATIONAL BRIEFS: 35-strong agency launched

PARIS: A 35-strong PR and marcoms agency has launched in Paris, entitled One All Agency. The firm is led by former DDB strategic planner Laurent Lacroix, who is proposing to sell a tailor-made marcoms service at an affordable price. PR offerings include media relations and crisis comms.
