PUBLIC SECT0R BRIEFS: Essex County Council to stage conference

ESSEX: Essex County Council, as well as district councils in the area, are to stage a conference on 7 February as part of the Celebrating Essex campaign. The conference is directed at local businesses and council officers in a bid to better co-ordinate funding for cultural regeneration. The campaign launched in August in a bid to alter negative perceptions of Essex culture.
