The account, which was won after a competitive pitch, will see Borkowski generate awareness for Body Craze, which aims to 'explore our fascination with the human body in all its diversity'.
Borkowski will work alongside Selfridges' retained PR agency of more than two years, Camron PR, and an undisclosed fashion PR firm, to be appointed in January.
Selfridges, whose flagship store is located on Oxford Street, has run annual store-wide promotions in May for the past two years. Arts and culture PR agency Bolton & Quinn handled this year's event, alongside Camron, with Modus handling fashion PR.
Borkowski PR senior account manager Dee McCourt reports to Selfridges head of PR Emily Owen and marketing director James Bidwell on the account, which kicks off next month.
