PUBLIC SECT0R: Friends of the Earth Cymru launches lobbying campaign

WALES: Friends of the Earth Cymru has launched a lobbying campaign, calling on the Welsh Assembly to extend the right of appeal on planning decisions to include third parties such as voluntary groups. At present, only those making planning proposals have such a right. The Assembly is currently considering changes to the planning system.
