DIARY: Rowen and Browning a step closer to Mr Right

Two representatives of the PR industry have made it into the final ten on ITV1's love-match reality TV show Mr Right.

BSkyB business events and comms manager Nicola Browning and 360 Degree Communications co-founder Katie Rowen are among those attempting to win the heart of Lance - billed as Britain's most eligible bachelor.

The show - broadcast every Wednesday from 9pm - shows Lance whittling down the women until he selects what he hopes will be 'the one'.

In the first week he ditched five women, and, at time of going to press, ten remained in with a chance.

Smooth-talking Nicola has an impressive CV, having formerly presented the news on Channel 5. And Katie obviously has something too - she made it through, despite being hospitalised for an appendectomy early last week.

However, Diary think it's only fair to alert Mr Right to the fact that her firm's website describes Katie (and the agency's co-founder Alison Saunders) as 'top dogs' who 'bite'.

Lance - watch out, mate.
