INTERNATIONAL BRIEFS: Florence de Bollardiere named adviser

PARIS: Florence de Bollardiere has been named media adviser to European Convention president Valery Giscard d'Estaing, President of France between 1974 and 1981. He was named earlier this year to be the President of the European Constitutional Convention, the organisation set to draft a constitution for Europe.
