The agency has been hired on a six month contract to handle a UK-wide campaign with a regional focus.
Targets will include the regional press and the national motoring media.
The brief includes raising the profile of five brands within the division, Capital Bank Motor, truck and trailer rental brand Hill Hire, FINAX, BoS Vehicle Management, and BoS Bus and Coach Finance.
The agency team is led by account director Stephanie Watson, who reports to Richard White, BoS customer and product management director.The account will be run from Leedex Euro RSCG's Manchester office.
Account handler Juliet Reed said: 'The motoring trade press is a key target for our work, but we aim to take it regional especially with specific appointments at local offices.'
BoS parent HBOS last month hired Ray MacFarlane as group community relations head (PRWeek,27 September).
