The service, in the form of an early morning daily bulletin to FT.com subscribers, will include work by the paper's Brussels-based team as well as articles from columnists including Philip Stephens and FT veteran Quentin Peel.
It will also include regular Inside Brussels columns and as-yet-unnamed guest contributors.
A key target audience for the service is the UK public affairs sector.
According to a statement the service aims to 'set out the day's big events across the EU giving an insider's view on what to expect.'
The service is co-ordinated by FT European editor Brian Groom.
Meanwhile, the FT this week hired James Mackintosh as its motor industry correspondent.
