STOP PRESS: Penn State hires NP
CONSUMER: Snacks firm Penn State has hired NP to handle its UK PR account. Staff in all four of NP's offices in London, Leeds, Newcastle and Manchester will work on the account, handed to the agency after what is believed to have been a four way pitch.
