STOP PRESS: GPC appoints PPS boss
PUBLIC AFFAIRS: GPC has appointed PPS's North of England boss Nick Carrell to head its Scottish operation. He joins the PA shop's Edinburgh office at the beginning of December as MD, replacing Jane Saren who quit the role in the summer to go freelance (PRWeek, 7 June).
