The site, which launched at the start of the football season in August, acts as a portal to the official sites of the 20 Premier League clubs.
Account director Tanya Veingard said C&W would promote the site's statistical archives, goals-scored graphics and a fantasy football game.
Veingard leads a four-strong account team, reporting to Premier League head of commercial relations Nicky Fuller and head of communications and public policy Philip French.
