Caterer & Hotelkeeper to restructure team

CATERER: Caterer & Hotelkeeper, the influential trade weekly for the hotel and restaurant industry, is to restructure its editorial team from December. Existing desk heads will take on sector-specific roles: deputy editor Jenny Webster is to become hotels editor, news editor David Harris will be restaurant editor, and features editor Rosalind Mullen will become contract catering editor. All still report to editor Forbes Mutch.
