BANGKOK: Toyota's ex-PR chief Mingkwan Saengsuwan has moved to head Thailand's largest state-owned media enterprise, the Mass Communications Organisation of Thailand, charged with promoting the country's economic recovery. Saengsuwan is credited with helping the car firm during the depths of Thailand's economic crisis.
