The secret to being a good comms pro in 2019 is... Having integrity, remaining focused and being as much of an expert in your field as you can be. I don't think this ever changes, so it is more of a permanent secret than just one for 2019.

If I could change anything about the PR industry, it would be... The lack of socio-economic diversity. The industry needs to focus on making itself more accessible, visible and to challenge stereotypes that don't do us any favours.

If I wasn't in PR, I'd be... In the wrong career! Oddly, I've known I wanted to be in PR since my early teens and that hasn't changed since.
