PR pros feel secure, but also frustrated with their jobs

Employees at midsize agencies express far greater optimism about the future of their firms than workers at large agencies.

Although most PR pros have a positive outlook on the industry’s future, they also want more training and day-to-day flexibility, according to a survey by the PR Council’s PRC Next project.
