Finalists in the category were American Express, Digitas, Crispin Porter + Bogusky, and M Booth for American Express: Small Business Saturday, 2010-present; Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School for #NeverAgain, 2018-present; and Philips, Omnicom One Voice, Ogilvy & Mather London, Carat London, and Tool of North America for Breathless Choir, 2015.
Ketchum won Best Agency of the Past 20 Years, besting honorable mention Weber Shandwick, and finalists Edelman, FleishmanHillard, and Golin.
Best In-House Pro of the Past 20 Years went to Sally Susman of Pfizer, who was recognized for her direction of the pharmaceutical giant’s global communications and public affairs activities. Edelman CEO Richard Edelman won Best Agency Pro of the Past 20 years.
