Boeing 'lost control' of comms during turbulence and faces 'mounting crisis of confidence'

Boeing's decision to ground its entire global fleet of 737 Max aircraft following new evidence from the fatal Ethiopian Airlines crash site underlines how the manufacturer has "lost control" of its crisis comms, experts in travel and crisis comms have said.
