Gray joins from Golin, where she was an associate director, delivering corporate reputation programmes for clients including Cadbury, npower, Sainsbury’s and Worldpay. She also led the agency’s media training and issues management offering.
Gray is a former TV presenter and journalist in Australia for the regional TV network WIN and has also worked in radio.
At MHP, she will advise clients on crisis communications and lead the agency’s broadcast media training programme. She will also join the agency’s Strategic Media Unit, which is staffed by former national newspaper journalists, including Ian Kirby, former political editor of the News of the World, and Keith Gladdis, former executive news editor of the Daily Mail.
Gray will report to MHP’s head of crisis and risk Barnaby Fry.
