Finsbury hires employee engagement expert Louisa Moreton

Finsbury has appointed internal communications and change expert Louisa Moreton is as a partner in London.

She will help spearhead the growth of Finsbury’s global Employee and Change Communications Practice.

Moreton has nearly 20 years of experience in industry, agency and as an independent consultant working on employee communications, engagement, transformation, diversity and inclusion. She has worked at Portland, Instinctif and MSLGroup, and previously spent several years in the UK Government’s former communication arm within the Cabinet Office.

"Louisa has deep specialism in employee engagement and a strong agency background. She joins a thriving global practice and her appointment underlines Finsbury's commitment to employee communication, change and engagement as key business levers for our clients," Finsbury managing partner and London office head James Murgatroyd said.

Finsbury’s global employee and change communications practice helps organisations inform, engage and empower internal audiences.

The practice’s global head Michael Abrahams said Moreton would help "lead, expand and strengthen" the firm’s offering.
