The publisher, which already produces twice-yearly restaurant and bar guides for the capital, will launch the first issue of the quarterly magazine next month.
With an initial print-run of 50,000, the first issue will be distributed free to restaurants, shops and households of 'affluent young professionals', according to a To Go London spokeswoman.
The second issue will carry a cover charge of £2.75.
The spokeswoman added that features will concentrate on restaurants, theatres, cinema and the arts. The magazine also has a travel section, with the first issue focusing on south-west Spain.
She denied that the magazine was in competition with London lifestyle and listing magazine Time Out: 'That's for a broader range of people. This magazine has a specific target and is focusing on a particular group.'
