Are staff moves afoot at Heathrow-based tech shop Harvard PR?

The agency, owned since last year by Chime Communications, held a breakfast debate last week at the Commonwealth Institute on the growth of payment-by-results in the PR industry.

In introducing the speakers, MD Gareth Zundel said of panelist Lord Bell, chairman of Chime and Zundel's ultimate boss: 'I would say our next speaker needs no introduction but looking at how young some of you are and, knowing how old he is, I imagine some of you haven't a clue who he is. A former adviser to ...' (etc, etc, you get the picture).

Bell was icy in his response: 'Thank-you for that rather unpleasant introduction, Gareth. I shall assume that was a career plan declaration on your part.' Touche.
