For a rumoured £20,000 a day, firms will be given the run of the house in a venture being managed by events company Skybridge, Elstree Studios and Endemol UK.
The deal is still subject to formal planning consent from planning authority Hertsmere Borough Council, which owns the Elstree site.
It is expected firms will use the house until late February when Channel 4and Endemol prepare the site for the expected fourth series. It will also be vacated in November when the second celebrity version of the show will be screened.
Skybridge CEO Randle Stonier said: 'An invitation to an event at the Big Brother house will be appealing to potential guests. The flexibility of being able to use the space to improve communication and understanding between colleagues will provide firms with an interesting alternative.'
Anticipated events include press launches, conferences, parties, training days, motivation programmes and product launches.
A Hertsmere council spokesman added that preliminary discussions had taken place.
