The agency, founded in March 2017, will be rebranded as Good Relations North and move to a new central Manchester office.
Leah is the former managing director of Weber Shandwick in the English regions and Wales, and was also presented with a lifetime achievement award by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
She will join the Good Relations executive team and be responsible for building Good Relations North into a challenger PR and content network.
