The campaign is spearheaded by Bruges Group director Robert Oulds, who has co-authored a recently published 70-page pamphlet, Federalist Thought Control: The Brussels Propaganda Machine.
Oulds said the campaign aims to ensure all government and EU material on European integration is 'presented in a balanced way'. This includes educational material in schools.
The group wants a watchdog to be set up to further ensure balance. An Early Day Motion is expected to be put before Parliament this week.
The media campaign, which launched this week, alleges campaigning body Britain in Europe gains funding from the EU. This has been denied in a letter this week to PRWeek by BiE campaign director Simon Buckby.
The Bruges Group has the support of a number of high-profile parliamentary Eurosceptics, including John Redwood MP.
Its honorary president is Baroness Thatcher.
Oulds said: 'The details of the Early Day Motion are still being sorted but we are looking to present something that will highlight issues raised from this publication.'
