Jae Goodman, an inspirational advocate for brand film, has spent the past 14 years as co-head and chief creative officer for CAA Marketing, which has collected four Cannes Grand Prix awards and worked on content-driven campaigns for brands such as Coca-Cola and GM.

Goodman has an exciting task ahead: leading a relaunched CAA Marketing, renamed Observatory in April.
