By 2017, the global comms SVP for General Motors had paired every vehicle brand with one PR AOR. The jury is still out on that impact, but other marketers have since followed suit by paring down their own agency rosters. Andy Polansky noted Cervone has advanced "the company’s narrative" to autonomous driving. Next year, GM starts mass-producing self-driving cars.
