Monard to head PA for Johnson & Johnson's French arm

PARIS - Janssen-Cilag, the French subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, has named Francoise Monard as its new director of public affairs.

Monard was previously special adviser on communications to Elisabeth Guigou, who recently left her position as head of the ministry of Labour and Solidarity. Monard was also Guigou's adviser at the French Ministry of Justice, her prior governmental position.

At Janssen-Cilag, in addition to her public affairs position, Monard will become special adviser on communications to chairman Frederic Champavere.
