Former Southwest comms chief Hardage launches culture-focused consultancy

DALLAS: Southwest Airlines alum Ginger Hardage has launched a consultancy bent on helping companies develop cultures that allow them to recruit and keep top talent.

The venture, called Unstoppable Cultures, is based in Dallas. Hardage is working with organizations and companies and speaking at events and conferences about building cultures that allow companies to retain talent.

Her partner in the venture is Jayson Teagle. Creative Artists Agency is booking her for speaking engagements.

Hardage retired from Southwest after a 25-year career at the company in late 2015. She had served in its top communications position, SVP of culture and communications, since 2005.

"Unstoppable Cultures is based on my 25 years at Southwest Airlines and bringing that incredible experience [to clients]," said Hardage. "I am helping share those lessons learned at Southwest Airlines with other organizations."

One of Hardage’s first clients is Leadercast, an event-based leadership organization.

The firm is planning to hold seminars next year for people who want to learn more about corporate culture and how to develop it within organizations.

Hardage was inducted into the PRWeek Hall of Fame in 2015. She also appeared on PRWeek’s Power List several times, most recently at number 34 in 2014.
